Rest assured, we always provide written confirmation of the agreed-upon tasks, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to anticipate.
  • What days/times can I have my house cleaned?
    Please contact us to inquire about our availability for house cleaning services. Our working hours begin at 8am and end at 8pm Monday until Sunday, but we are flexible and can accommodate additional hours if necessary.
  • What days/hours can I have my office cleaned?

  • Who will clean my home or office?
    Our carefully selected and extensively trained staff usually work in teams of three individuals to ensure tasks are efficiently and effectively completed. We make an effort to consistently assign the same team to you. It is important to note that all team members are strictly prohibited from eating, smoking, or using appliances in or near your residence or workplace.
  • Do I need to be present for the clean?
    No, however, you can rest assured that our strict security system for your keys and alarm codes will allow you to feel at ease even when you're away from home.
  • Do you provide all cleaning products?
    Certainly. All items. Our exclusive use of environmentally friendly cleaning products eliminates the need for you to purchase, store, or worry about sourcing the best equipment and supplies. We handle all of this on your behalf. Our dedicated team arrives at your home or office in a specialized vehicle, fully equipped with all necessary tools and supplies for each cleaning session. However, you are more than welcome to provide your own products for us to use if you prefer.
  • How do I pay?
    Full payment is required on the day for regular home cleaning services. To secure a booking for one-off cleans, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% to be paid on the morning of the clean before any work is carried out. Payment arrangements for office cleaning will be discussed during our consultation, and we can be flexible to accommodate your accounts. We accept both bank transfers and cash as forms of payment.
  • How much will the cleaning service cost?

Our pricing is based on the specific job itself, as opposed to hourly rates which can result in inconsistencies or incomplete tasks.
