Terms and Conditions – 2 Free Hours of Home Cleaning Offer
1. Eligibility
This offer is available to individuals who successfully refer Ideal Cleaning Solutions Ltd to their workplace.
The workplace must book and pay for our cleaning services to activate this offer.
2. Referral Criteria
The referred workplace must be a new client and not previously engaged with Ideal Cleaning Solutions Ltd.
The referrer must provide accurate contact details of the workplace and decision-maker.
3. Free Cleaning Details
The free cleaning service includes 2 hours of domestic cleaning at the referrer’s registered home address.
Cleaning tasks will be limited to general domestic cleaning (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen/bathroom cleaning). Specialist services (e.g., carpet cleaning, deep cleaning) are not included.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4. Activation of the Offer
The free cleaning will only be activated once the referred workplace books and pays for a cleaning service from Ideal Cleaning Solutions Ltd.
Ideal Cleaning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to verify the referral and confirm the workplace booking before granting the free cleaning.
5. Booking and Scheduling
The free cleaning must be booked within 30 days of the workplace’s service confirmation.
Cleaning is subject to staff availability and must be scheduled during regular working hours.
6. Geographical Limitations
This offer is available to residents within our service area (Salisbury and surrounding regions).
7. Additional Costs
If additional cleaning time or services are required beyond the 2 free hours, standard charges will apply.
8. Misuse of Offer
Any fraudulent or false referrals will result in disqualification from the offer.
Ideal Cleaning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel the free cleaning if the referral is deemed invalid.
9. Changes and Termination
Ideal Cleaning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
